Transactions Involving Legal Entities and Features of Their Notarization

The theme of the final qualifying thesis: "Transactions with the participation of legal entities and the peculiarities of their notarization". The final qualifying thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, including a total of six paragraphs, compilation and a bibliographic list. The introduction determines the relevance of the research topic, its goals and objectives. The scientific novelty of the thesis consists in a comprehensive study of notarial transactions made with the participation of legal entities, in the development of theoretical and practical solutions to improve the procedures for notarization of transactions. The purpose of the research is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current legislation, the doctrinal provisions of civil law governing the notarization of transactions made by legal entities, the study of judicial practice and the formulation on this basis of proposals for improving legislation. The first chapter of the study examines the theoretical foundations of transactions involving legal entities. In the second chapter, attention is paid to the peculiarities of notarization of transactions with the participation of legal entities. In the conclusion, the main conclusions are formulated based on the results of the study, where the author comes to the conclusion that the notary plays an important role in the regulation of corporate relations, which is due to the specifics and complexity of the legal aspect of this field of activity.
