The majority of current business trends are digital. An increasing number of business processes are amenable to automation, which makes it possible to achieve their convenience, speed and availability, and as a result, leads to an increase in their efficiency. The practice of human resource management is no exception, in particular, the recruitment process, which keeps up with the times and has a development vector towards the introduction of new digital technologies. The problematic situation of this study lies in the low theoretical validity and insufficient amount of research in the field of calculating the effectiveness of the implementation of digital tools in the recruitment process. This paper will highlight various digital recruiting tools, metrics used to assess the effectiveness of recruiting, descriptive analysis of empirical data on recruiting metrics will be carried out in order to confirm or refute the research hypothesis.
