Over the past quarter-century, human resource management (HR) practices in organizations have attracted increasing attention due to their employee influence. They directly affect the behavior and attitude of employees to the organization, which has a significant impact on the results of its activities. This paper examines the relationship between HR practices and the desire of employees to leave the organization, and also calculates the probability of dismissal of employees, if there are or are not certain functions within the practices. The purpose of this research was to study the impact of HR practices on staff turnover. To achieve this goal, the author analyzes the literature and previous works, identifies and structures the factors that determine the relationship between HR practices implemented by organizations and staff turnover; conducts his research by conducting a survey of employees and identifying the relationship between HR practices and intentions to quit on the example of the company “Redmadrobot”. As a result of the research, the author draws conclusions about the existence of a link between HR practices and the desire of employees to leave the company and gives recommendations on staff retention.
