Sustainable Human Resources Management

This work sheds light on the topic of studying human resources management according to the principles of sustainable development. Based on the analysis of the experience of the best foreign and Russian companies that successfully implement sustainable practices, and theoretical material, an exhaustive library of sustainable practices in human resource management is created in the article. In addition, the work analyzed Perm companies in order to see what environmental and social tools Perm HR uses for personnel management. Also, in the work was developed an algorithm for the implementation of sustainable practices in human resource management in the activities of companies.
