One of the tools for attracting talent is the HR brand, which translates the EVP to external and internal target audiences. The employer brand is one of the key components of the HR strategy, it is he who creates the long-term funnel of hiring talented employees in the organization. The paper examines the influence of the attributes of the employer's brand on attracting talented young people (on the example of the Russian Railways Holding)
