The process of preserving and transmitting traditions ensures the inclusion of an ethno-cultural component in the education system of children and youth. The growth in the number of specialists in the field of folk culture and their implementation of educational programs, as well as the development of blogging and infobusiness in the field of ethno-cultural education prove the presence of demand and offers in the direction. In the course of the research, it was found out that not all requests, expectations, "pains", ideas about the significant content of the clients' program content are at the heart of the programs of ethno-cultural education of state institutions. In this regard, the key idea of the master's thesis (startup) has developed – to bring to the market an ethnoproduct corresponding to modern formats of "educational consumption". The product development was based on the study of the requests of target groups and the analysis of niche offers of the online market of ethno-cultural education, in particular blogging. The result of the master's thesis is a differentiated niche ethno-cultural educational online project "Native. The unknown. Digital", which passed the piloting stage and received results on the basis of which we can talk about the viability of the prototype (MVP): for 42 days of open sales of three developed information products of ethno-cultural orientation, the project brought in revenue of more than 102,000 rubles. During the development of the startup, the completed cycle of designing an ethnoeducational online project in the niche of infobusiness was completed: from researching the supply and demand of the ethnocultural education market to developing a new product line in the direction and description of the elements of the business model.
