Tuition payment for second semester

Tuition payment should be done by February 20.
The easiert way to pay is via HSE Payments page: https://pay.hse.ru/en/moscow/pou - you will only have to fill in your name and your agreement number. Bank commissions are not charged for use of this service.
Payments for tuition can be also made at a branch of Sberbank in Moscow. Sberbank does not charge commission.
After making a payment please send a copy of payment receipt to your programme manager via email.
If you're interested in payment Installments please write to your programme manager no later than January 31.
If you pay with educational credit please inform your programme manager about that in order to get a payment invoice.
