Confirmation of absence for a valid reason must be submitted exclusively through the electronic service of the Service Center “Student”.
Supporting Documents
An absence for a valid reason may be confirmed by the following documents:
- A medical certificate (form 095/u) in case the reason of absence is due to health issues;
- Other document in case of circumstances under which the student could not attend the exam.
All documents must be submitted through the electronic service of the Service Center “Student”, if the absence affected the student’s academic performance in the course.
Deadlines for Submission Through the Electronic Service
- A student who missed an exam for a valid reason must submit an application to have the reason recognized as valid within five (5) academic days after the absence or no later than five (5) academic days after the date of recovery, if this date (according to the medical certificate) falls outside the five-day period following the exam date.
- Documents confirming other valid reasons must be submitted no later than three (3) academic days after the missed exam.
