Master class “Voxel-based lesion-symptom mapping”

Master class on VLSM was held on May 26-27 in the Neurolinguistics Laboratory

On the master class “Voxel-based lesion-symptom mapping” lab members told about the theory of VLSM method and tought participants of the master class how to process data withing this method. During the seminars participants learned how to prepare data to processing, they knew about several ways of marking leisions, normalization and group analysis. Each participant had an opportunity to process data in practice and ask any questions about the method.
