Students Returning Home Are Exempt from Dorm Fees
The exemption will be valid until December 31
HSE University COVD-19 Task Force has decided to exempt students who return home from paying dormitory fees.
Students won't have to pay dorm fees and utility charges if they move out of the dorm during the period from July 1 until December 31, 2020.
