Price of Set Meals to Rise to 180 Roubles
The cost of set meals will rise in all HSE University academic buildings
From March 1, the price of set meals at all HSE University academic buildings will go up to 180 roubles. The Office of Staff and Student Benefits, the Social Committee, and the university’s faculties will also draw up a list of low-income students entitled to buy meals for 150 roubles.
The suppliers of the meals attribute the rise in prices to pandemic-related financial losses and the overall economic situation. The is the first rise in the price of set meals at HSE University since 2020.
The increased prices will allow providers to continue buying high-quality produce and to hire qualified staff.
