*Registration for foreign students is possible only in flats. Registration for foreign students is not possible in the apartments

How many people can live in a studio flat?

The number of occupants may not exceed the number of beds foreseen in the floor plan.

Is it possible to get a temporary residence registration when renting a flat/apartment?

Yes, temporary residence registration is possible for Russian citizens in flats, for foreign citizens it is possible to get temporary residence registration in apartments as well. To obtain this service you should contact an employee of the Rental House who will prepare the necessary documents and give you advice on what to do next. Please contact the contact center listed at аренда.дом.рф. to find out more about the status of the rooms in the rental building.

Is it possible to bring extra furniture?

Yes, you can. Please let us know if you want to bring your furniture with you before signing the rental contract.

Can I live with pets?

Yes, dogs and cats of small and medium breeds are welcome. Other animals are not allowed. You will have to add the pet's stay details in the contract and submit a pet passport.

Is it possible to buy these flats later on?

No, the flats are for rent only.
