Abstract

Дисциплина Психология управления направлен на формирования у студентов понимания психологии управленческой деятельности, механизмов принятия решений в сфере управления организацией. В курсе делается акцент не только на смену управленческих парадигм, но и на анализ причин изменения управленческих практик. Студенты узнают о психологических особенностях роли управленца, смогу оценить свой управленческий потенциал. The course Psychology of Management is aimed at developing students' understanding of the psychology of management activities, decision-making mechanisms in the field of organizational management. The course focuses not only on the change of management paradigms, but also on the analysis of the reasons for the change in management practices. Students will learn about the psychological characteristics of the role of a manager and will be able to assess their management potential.
