During the work, we conducted the analysis of business processes in the company JSC "ER-Telecom holding", and with the help of in-depth interviews with experts identified the main life cycles of the projects implemented in the company, and the main problems with the conduct of a knowledge base, and developed recommendations to improve existing processes for working with knowledge in projects.
