KORAIL provides new opportunities for internships

Deputy Director of Moscow representative office of Korail Moon Yong-Il and Academic Supervisor of the Programme D.A. Shcherbakov signed an agreement about internships for students in the Korean railway company. On February 12th Mr. Moon made a presentation on Korail's activities as part of the signing of the agreement. The lecture was offered specifically for students of the Double Degree Programme in “Economics and Politics in Asia”, in the end of the presentation Mr. Moon Yong-Il awarded D.A. Shcherbakov and Chang Beom-Seok, Deputy Head of Program, with certificates of honor, and also gave them the status of advisors to Korail's representative office in the Russian Federation.

HSE Outranks Russian Universities in 10 QS Subject Rankings

This year, HSE University has entered four additional QS World University Rankings by Subject, thereby bringing its grand total of represented broad and specific subject areas to 23. HSE ranks in 19 of the 38 subject rankings that include Russian universities, as well as in four of the ranking’s five broad subject areas. HSE is among the world’s top 100 universities in five subjects, including History and Social Policy & Administration, where it has entered the rankings for the first time.

HSE Master’s Programme Prepares Students for Careers in Business and Policymaking in Asia

Set to launch in the fall of 2020, HSE’s new English-taught master’s programme ‘Economics, Politics, and Business in Asia’ is now accepting applications. Students of the programme will spend their first and fourth semesters at HSE University in Moscow and their second and third semesters at Kyung Hee University in South Korea. Programme graduates will receive a diploma from each partner university. Professor Denis Shcherbakov, programme Academic Supervisor, explains what students can expect in the new programme.
