Russian Women in Arbitration
Russian Women in Arbitration (RWA) – an initiative aimed to promote equality and women leadership in international arbitration – announced that applications for the second cycle of our Mentoring Programme are officially open!
The RWA Mentoring Programme was launched in 2022 to provide valuable guidance and support to young female lawyers as they navigate their paths in international arbitration and dispute resolution.
Over the course of eight months (April 2024 – November 2024), mentees will be encouraged to achieve their academic and career goals with the guidance of seasoned mentors, as well as to learn and develop meaningful connections.
Applications are open until 29 February 2024. To apply, please visit RWA's website and complete the registration form (https://russianwomeninarbitration.ru/mentoringprogramme), which requires your CV and motivation letter. The letter should address the following two questions:
- Why are you interested in international arbitration and dispute resolution?
- What 3 goals do you set for the next 1–2 years (for example, in the academic or practical sphere), and how can the RWA Mentoring Programme contribute to their achievement?
