Programme Overview

The main goal of the programme implementation is the development of systemic competencies based on the achievements of mastering knowledge in the field of management for doing business in retail.

The objective of the programme is to train highly qualified retail specialists with developed general cultural competencies to carry out the following activities:

  • development and implementation of the company's strategy;

  •  design of business processes in retail trade;

  • development of a set of management decisions aimed at shaping the commercial and financial performance of the business;

  •  retail business performance management.
