1. Visa

Citizens of the countries listed here do not need a visa to enter Russian Federation. All others need a visa.

To apply for a Russian visa, you may need an official invitation. Please check with your local consulate whether you need the original or a scan is sufficient. If you need an invitation, please email our organizing committee at talds2019@gmail.com. In the e-mail, please specify the dates of your visit and attach a scan of the name page of your passport.
