Olga Borodina Appointed Deputy HR Director
In her new role, Ms. Borodina will be responsible for coordinating matters relating to personnel records of Russian and international employees to ensure compliance with labour laws. She will also oversee the work of HR administrators and contribute to the implementation of HSE University development strategy in terms of optimization and automation of personnel administration procedures.
Olga Borodina has extensive experience in personnel management. She has been working in HR in various positions since 1992. Over the past 10 years, she has held senior positions in the HR Department of Renaissance Insurance group.
Olga Borodina is a graduate of the Russian State University for the Humanities. In 1992, she earned a degree in Administration and Document Support, and in 2008 she received a Psychology degree.
