On April 7 – 11, the International Scientific-Educational Laboratory for Socio-Cultural Research hosted a lecture series on intergenerational transmission of values. The lectures were a part of “Advanced theory and methodology in social sciences” training course.

On March 27, Professor N. M. Lebedeva, the head of the International Scientific-Educational Laboratory of Sociocultural Research at HSE, delivered a presentation as a part of «Culture matters» seminar.
Olga Verbilovitch is a member of the Socio-Cultural Research Laboratory and a graduate student at the Department of Sociology. Olga presented her qualitative study of mutual perceptions of Russians and North-Caucasians.
On January 23rd has been held academic seminar from series "Culture Matters" with Yaroslav Bakhmetiev, lecturer of Department of Political behavior, trainee researcher of the Laboratory for Political Studies.
On 19th of September has been held seminar from series "Culture Matters" with Alexander Tatarko, senior researcher, assistant professor of Department Organizational Psychology. He made a presentation on following topic: "Theoretical basics of studying socio-psychological capital of a person in changing multicultural society".
On 5th of December together with the Department of Organizational Psychology scientific seminar "Culture Matters" took place. As part of the seminar was a lecture by Lusine Grigoryan, a junior researcher at the laboratory, graduate student of organizational psychology, on the theme: "Informal communication and organizational loyalty: cross-cultural analysis".
From 5th till 8th of Novemder on the base of the ILSCR, the short training course (workshop) “Applying meta-analysis” took place. The course was a part of the training program of the ILSCR “Advanced theory and methodology in social sciences”.
