Course Syllabus

Abstract

The course is aimed at studying intellectual property as an object of management in the context of doing business. Students will understand the trajectory of developing a strategy for protecting rights, navigate the main types of legal protection, and understand the criteria for protectability. It will be proposed to use the patent search tool on practical examples both for the purposes of providing management decisions and for the purposes of preparing a patent application.
