Inclusive programs and projects, as a rule, differ from each other by unique goals, different resource capabilities and implementation planning. The originality of each inclusive project, at times, complicated the assessment and measurement of the success of achieving its results.

But is it still possible and how to achieve objectivity in assessing and analyzing the social effects of inclusive programs, while taking into account the uniqueness and multidimensional nature of each of them? How can science and research tools be useful in developing an evaluation paradigm? The lecture participants jointly sought answers to these and many other questions.

The discussion touched upon the theoretical and empirical content of inclusive processes, the key components of the evaluation paradigm of inclusive programs, the research experience of the International Laboratory for Social Integration Research and projects of the Russian State Library for Young Adults.

The lecture was designed as a dialogue with Yulia Naumova, advisor to the Director for the Development of the Social and Inclusive direction of the Russian State Library for Young Adults within the framework of the Festival of Inclusive Events "Friendly Library".

At the end of the discussion, Elena Iarskaia-Smirnova and Yulia Naumova supported the idea of further cooperation in organizing joint project activities.
