Tuition Fees and Scholarships (2022-2023)

For international applicants Russian government and HSE scholarships and tuition fee waivers not applicable.

The tuition fee is officially approved in rubles, but for the convenience of our foreign applicants, we always specify an approximate equivalent in dollars. For international students who pay tuition fee in another currency, the price may vary depending on the ruble exchange rate.

For international applicants in 2024, the cost of the program is 960 000 RUB
(480 000 RUB per year = approximately 4800$).

“Early Bird” discount of 5% is available for international applicants who pay apply for the program and pay for the 1st semester before the 5th of August, 2024.

Taking into account the discount, the final tuition fee consists 912 000 RUB (approximately 9120$). Payment is to be made in four installments (approximately 2200$), by semesters.
