Tuition Fees and Scholarships 2025

For international applicants Russian government and HSE scholarships and tuition fee waivers not applicable.

For international students who pay tuition fee in another currency, the price may vary depending on the ruble exchange rate.

For international applicants in 2026, the cost of the program is 660 000 RUB per year.

Tuition Discounts for 2026 Applicants

"Early bird" Discount for early contract signing and early payment of the first semester:

• 10% for applicants admitted to the programme at HSE University who have successfully passed the entrance examination (portfolio competition) and paid their tuition fee by August 6, 2026.

Based on the results of the "Vyschaya Liga" ("Высшая лига") Olympiad for students and graduates:

• 20% for First Degree Diploma holders;
• 15% for Second and Third Degree Diploma holders;
• 10% for participants of the final round of the Olympiad who scored 1 to 10 points below the threshold required for a Third Degree Diploma.

Based on the results of the All-Russian Student Olympiad "I Am a Professional" ("Я - профессионал"):

• 20% for Olympiad medallists;
• 15% for Olympiad winners;
• 10% for Olympiad prize-winners.

Discounts for graduates of HSE University degree programmes (Bachelor's, Specialist, and Master's programmes):

• 15% for HSE University graduates holding an HSE University diploma with honours;
• 10% for all HSE University graduates.

Discount for admitted applicants who are HSE University employees or children of HSE University employees at the time of admission:

• 10% for students who are HSE University employees or children of HSE University employees at the time of admission.

All of the above discounts are granted for one year of study. Discounts cannot be combined.

In 2026, all discounts are granted after September 1 upon the applicant's written request.
