For international applicants Russian government and HSE scholarships and tuition fee waivers not applicable.
The tuition fee is officially approved in rubles, but for the convenience of our foreign applicants, we always specify an approximate equivalent in dollars. For international students who pay tuition fee in another currency, the price may vary depending on the ruble exchange rate.
For international applicants in 2025, the cost of the program is 1 100 000 RUB
(550 000 RUB per year = approximately 5500$).
“Early Bird” discount of 5% is available for international applicants who pay apply for the program and pay for the 1st semester before the 8th of August, 2025.
Taking into account the discount, the final tuition fee consists 1 045 000 RUB (approximately 10450$). Payment is to be made in four installments (approximately 2600$), by semesters.
