While large-scale digitalization has automated many financial processes and accelerated complex calculations, specialists are still required for high quality analysis. The important Financial analyst functions are:

• To help to improve financial management,
• To manage risks,
• To offer investment options,
• To secure resources for development,
• To provide qualitative and quantitative assessment at the micro and macro levels.

Indeed, a recent study by experts from the HSE Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge (ISSEK) shows that financial analysts are among the 37 professions with the most future potential. This position is well paid and in demand at Central and private banks, government bodies, investment and insurance companies, hedge and private equity funds, Fintech companies.

CFA Exam Scholarship

One of the CFA Program Partner benefits are scholarships awarded to the students of the partner programs that cover approximately 75% of the CFA Exam registration fee (Levels I, II, and III).

The CFA Institute is the program’s primary strategic and academic partner, and to comply with high CFA standards, the content of all courses is updated annually using the actual CFA Candidate Body of Knowledge and current global practices.

Lancaster University Management School (LUMS) serves as the program’s double degree partner. During the second year, our students have the opportunity to study and obtain a degree at LUMS, which holds ‘triple crown’ accreditation (AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS).

Applicants are considered for admission based on the application portfolio and should meet the following requirements:

• bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• strong proficiency in English
• a strong economics, financial or mathematics background

Prior work experience in the field, including through an internship or other traineeship, is an advantage.
