Tuition Fees and Discounts

Tuition fee - RUB 800,000 for the entire period of study (RUB 400,000 a year; RUB 200,000 per semester)

Tuition payments are made in instalments on a semester-by-semester basis.

The Programme offers a flexible approach to tuition discounts.

For academic achievement:

1. 20%:

а) for holders of 1st Class diplomas of the Higher League Olympiad for students and graduates in those specified fields and tracks relating to the Programme’s focus;

b) for medal winners and winners of the All-Russian ‘I am a Professional’ Olympiad for those specified fields relating to the Programme’s focus;

2. 15%:

а) for holders of 2nd and 3rd Class diplomas of the Higher League Olympiad for students and graduates in those specified fields and tracks relating to the Programme’s focus;

b) for prize-winners of the All-Russian ‘I am a Professional’ Olympiad for those specified fields relating to the Programme’s focus.

c) for HSE University alumni, who have received an HSE University diploma with honours.

d) winners of the Student Research Papers Competition (NIRS).

3. 10%:

 for all HSE University alumni.

The discounts specified in pp. 1, 2 and 3 above cannot be received in combination.

For early submission of application documents before August 3, 2024 (if a positive result is received for their review) - 5%

Discounts received for early submission (prior to August 3, 2024) may be combined with one of the discounts specified in pp. 1, 2 and 3.

Maximum possible discount comes to 25%.

Tuition discounts are granted for the entire period of studies.

The discount for early submission of application documents are granted for the first year of studies.
