On November 27 to 29, the HSE was held the Autumn School "Successes of decision analysis" with the participation of leading foreign specialists (Yong Shi, Michel Grabish, Ahmet Alkan, Bhavook Bhardwaj, Siddharth Chatterjee, Manfred J. Holler, K. Markström)

HSE Faculty of Computer Science Launches Digital Literacy Course on Coursera

A new Digital Literacy course created as part of the university-wide Data Culture project has been launched on Coursera. The syllabus includes ten modules developed by experts in relevant fields. Eleven authors worked on this English-taught course.

School "Decision making in network context" and International Workshop "The 7th Murat Sertel Workshop on Economic Design, Decision, Institutions, and Organization" were held at DeCAn lab

DeCAn lab organized two events which were held from September 25 to September 28 - a school "Decision making in network context" (September 25-26, 2017) and an international workshop "The 7th Murat Sertel Workshop on Economic Design, Decision, Institutions, and Organization" (September 27-28, 2017). DeCAn faculty took part in organizing and holding these events.

Decision-making Rules Least Susceptible to Manipulation, According to Science

HSE researchers have used computer modelling to demonstrate the varying manipulability of decision-making procedures and to identify those least susceptible to manipulation. Their findings are published in the paper 'Manipulability of Majority Relation-based Collective Decision Rules'.
