Laboratory for Research on Molecular Mechanisms of longevity, in collaboration with other departments of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology (HSE University), developed the COVID-19 T-cell atlas - a comprehensive web portal, which allows to analyze how SARS-CoV-2 mutations change the presentation of viral peptides.

On September 2, the second event of the consortium "Genetics of Cardiovascular Diseases" — an interdisciplinary forum "Cardiogenetics and Bioinformatics: Realities of 2022" — was held at the Higher School of Economics, which continued the work of the consortium between the organizations that are part of the consortium. Laboratory of Molecular Physiology HSE University together with colleagues from the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry, Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow State University, the Moscow Center for Fundamental and Applied Mathematics, and the Institute of Nanotechnologies for Microelectronics of the Russian Academy of Sciences have developed ExhauFS, a tool that allows you to conduct an exhaustive search for feature subsets to build the most powerful cancer survival classification and regression models.

Employees of the Russian Cluster Observatory of the HSE Institute of Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge made first estimates of the global high tech innovation activity and compared countries’ contribution into the global pool of leading institutions and people in fields of science, technology and creative industries.
