3rd QS Summer School Summit in Chennai, India

First held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2014, the QS Summer School Summit has quickly established a niche for itself as the premier knowledge sharing and networking event for professionals involved inthe burgeoning summer school and short-term student mobility sector.

This year’s event had a record 224 registered participants from 128 institutions in 28 countries.

Organized in collaboration with VIT University, one of India’s top-rated institutions of higher learning, the event combined more traditional presentations and panel discussions on quality assurance, summer school business models and summer school consortia and institutional collaboration.

Head of HSE Department for Educational Innovations and Short International Programs Oksana Chernenko was invited to the 3rd QS Summer School Summit.

Oksana Chernenko took part in the novel and interactive networking and knowledge sharing formats, such as the Summer School Clinic, which focused on the “maladies” faced by summer school organizers, and Round Robin Chat Groups, which facilitated topic-focused group discussions, added further diversity to the event.
