2. Development of architecture and content at the stage of working out the Terms of Reference (ToR);

3. Development of educational solutions including learning objectives, goals, topics, methodologicaltools, expected outcomes, as well as opportunities for implementing modern educational technologies in blended and distance learning formats;

4. Managing the implementation and quality of the product throughout the full cycle from the moment of contract signing to the completion certificate;

5. Program budget management;

6. Evaluating the effectiveness of educational solutions, including CSI of training customers, CSI of instructors, and NPS of the program.
