Course Syllabus
Abstract
The course focuses on the integration of management and marketing approaches into the field of bioecological technologies. Students will master tools for strategic planning, market opportunity assessment, and promotion of innovative environmental products. The course covers the specifics of managing scientific and technological projects, commercialization of intellectual property, and the formation of sustainable business models in the bioecological sector.
Learning Objectives
- To develop students' comprehensive competencies for integrating management and marketing approaches into the field of bioecological technologies. Students will master tools for strategic planning, market opportunity assessment, and promotion of innovative environmental products, as well as learn to manage scientific and technological projects, commercialize intellectual property, and form sustainable business models in the bioecological sector.
Expected Learning Outcomes
- Students will be able to conceptualize and plan a high-tech business, demonstrating an understanding of the technology readiness levels (TRLs) and project life cycle management
- a student explains the specifics of managing science-intensive and nature-oriented projects in the bioecological sector
- a student identifies key players, markets, and trends in the bioeconomy
- a student uses classical and modern project management methodologies to the organization of research and environmental teams
- a student develops a strategic plan for a bioecological organization using SWOT, PESTEL, and the business model canvas
- a student develops a commercialization roadmap for a bioecological innovation, from research to market
- a student creates an integrated promotional campaign using digital marketing tools, storytelling, and science communication
- a student appleis marketing analytics and CRM systems to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize customer relationships in bioecological markets.
