Course Syllabus

Abstract

The course focuses on methods for analyzing the three-dimensional structure of biological macromolecules and their application in modern scientific research. Students will study the theoretical foundations of predicting the spatial structure of proteins and nucleic acids, the principles of molecular docking, as well as approaches to modeling protein–ligand interactions. Special attention is given to the practical use of databases (PDB, UniProt) and computational tools for solving problems in rational drug design and understanding the molecular mechanisms of biomolecule function.
