Аннотация

This discipline has a complex character and is traditionally located at the intersection of criminal law, criminal procedure, public international law and private international law. It may be of interest to anyone who is interested in the fundamental problems of at least one of the above sciences. Within the framework of this discipline, such a fundamental and comprehensive phenomenon of international criminal law as criminal jurisdiction is studied. The theoretical foundations of this phenomenon, the terminology that verbalizes it, the features of its manifestations in positive law, and the practical problems of international criminal law relations related to the establishment and spatial operation of criminal jurisdiction, as well as other issues, are subject to consideration. These topics are supposed to be covered primarily in the legal field, but in some cases issues of political science and international relations will be raised. Special attention is paid to judicial practice and consideration of legal incidents.
