Аннотация

The course “Fundamentals of financial and legal regulation in the BRICS countries” is an elective discipline aimed at a deep understanding of trends in public finance legislation. The course examines legal, economic and social approaches to building a state mechanism for distributing national product in the BRICS countries, including features of the budget process, taxation, organization of government audit, banking and currency exchange in countries.
