Аннотация

The course is aimed at developing the necessary level of fundamental and applied knowledges and skills for students to successfully manage a project management office (PMO) based on the methodological foundations of projects and project management methods. During the course, students will learn the basics of the methodology of organizing a corporate project management system (CRM) in an enterprise and the basics of implementing a project management information system (ISMS).
