Аннотация
The course focuses on the integration of fundamental biological processes with the clinical manifestations of diseases. Students will explore the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying the development of pathologies — from inflammation and degeneration to oncogenesis. Special attention is given to modern biomedical approaches, including biomarkers, gene therapy, and personalized medicine, enabling the formation of a comprehensive understanding of etiology, pathogenesis, and the principles of managing critical conditions of the human body.
Цель освоения дисциплины
- This course provides a comprehensive study of the general pathological processes underlying human disease, including cellular damage, microcirculation disorders, hypoxia, inflammation, fever, tumor growth, and immunological and metabolic disturbances. It integrates fundamental mechanisms of etiology, pathogenesis, and sanogenesis with the clinical and laboratory manifestations of disease. Special emphasis is placed on the biomedical aspects of reactivity, resistance, and the principles of pathogenetic therapy.
