Аннотация

Human Resource Management course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and practical skills necessary for successful organizational and managerial activities in the field of human resource management. By the end of the course, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the key approaches, strategies, and methodologies used in managing human resources within modern organizations. They will learn to apply techniques for recruiting, evaluating, onboarding, motivating, and developing personnel.
