Аннотация

The discipline "International Standards of Corporate Compliance" explores the principles, frameworks, and practical approaches to implementing compliance programs within organizations adhering to international standards. It provides a comprehensive understanding of compliance management systems, risk assessment processes, and ethical business conduct, equipping students with the necessary skills to address regulatory requirements and prevent corporate misconduct. The course also examines global best practices, the role of corporate culture, and the importance of compliance in maintaining sustainable business operations in an increasingly interconnected world.

Цель освоения дисциплины

The primary goal of this course is to develop students' competencies in understanding and applying international corporate compliance standards. By the end of the course, students should be able to design, implement, and evaluate compliance programs, ensure adherence to ethical and legal frameworks, and mitigate business risks in alignment with global regulatory expectations. The course emphasizes building practical skills and fostering a mindset of integrity and accountability critical to effective corporate governance.
