In today’s rapidly evolving technological and business landscapes, the ability to adapt quickly and deliver continuous value is paramount for success in IT project management. This comprehensive course offers an in-depth introduction to agile methodologies and their practical application within diverse IT project environments. A particular focus is placed on fostering effective collaboration within interdisciplinary teams, bridging the gap between business objectives and technological implementation. Students will delve into prominent agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming. The curriculum is designed to provide a robust theoretical foundation alongside extensive hands-on experience, ensuring a practical understanding of these methods. A cornerstone of the course is the exploration of the Agile Manifesto, emphasizing its core values and guiding principles that underpin all agile practices.
