Аннотация

Дисциплина направлена на изучение особенностей моделирования, анализа и оптимизации бизнес-процессов без привязки к отраслевой принадлежности компании. Студенты изучают сущность процессного подхода, осваивают инструменты моделирования, анализа и совершенствования бизнес-процессов. Также в рамках курса рассматриваются основы имитационного моделирования и работа в различных ИТ-сервисах. Дисциплина реализуется с использованием онлайн-курса https://openedu.ru/course/hse/PROCESS/

Цель освоения дисциплины

Целью(ями) освоения дисциплины «Дизайн бизнес-процессов» являются:  систематизация и углубление имеющихся знаний по общему менеджменту, процессному управлению, взаимосвязи системы стратегического управления и управлении процессами;  изучение концептуальных основ процессного подхода, как современного инструмента управления компаниями;  освоение инструментов и методов моделирования, анализа и оптимизации бизнес-процессов компании;  исследование стратегий и тактик управления организационными изменениями в компании при реинжиниринге и обновлении бизнес-процессов.

Планируемые результаты обучения

Знать теоретические основы процессного подхода в организации
Уметь моделировать, анализировать и совершенствовать бизнес-процессы с использованием изученных стандартов, технологий и нотаций моделирования.
Владеть практическими навыками моделирования, анализа и документирования бизнес-процессов с помощью инструментальных сред.
