Course Syllabus
Abstract
This discipline is the most important branch of financial knowledge in terms of project risk management. The discipline studies the concepts, nature and patterns of risks, methods of identification, economic risks of a commercial enterprise, methods of assessment, as well as methods of management and minimization of economic risks, as well as project risk modeling.
Learning Objectives
- In the field of education: preparation of graduates for organizational and managerial, information and analytical, entrepreneurial and research activities as performers or junior-level managers, as well as continuing their studies in master's and postgraduate studies.
- In the field of personal education: the formation of social and personal qualities necessary for a lawyer (citizenship, tolerance, general culture, responsibility, purposefulness, organization, diligence, communication skills, ability to work in a team).

- Types of risks, methods of risk analysis and risk management methods.
- The system of risk management in the enterprise.
