Интегрированная система управления человеческими ресурсами

In broad terms, human resource management is an attitude and approach of managers toward the effective selection, use and development of people in organizations. In This project the main goal was build integrated human resource system to Iraqi organization based on software engineering technology like MMPI test, Analytic Hierarch Process, Fuzzy method, Delphi method for assessment and personal selection systems. We also convert some of the systems used in this organization from paper work to a computerized system like training system and carrier planning . And finally we make an easy and secure approach for employee to help him to get all the information related to him without delay or lost by notification system. This research has showed that the Fuzzy Delphi method can be used as guidelines for organizations and that can enable each organization to determine the essential criteria of each job position and the most suitable person for this job position. The proposed model can also be applied to problems such as project selection, material selection and many other areas of management decision problems or strategy selection problems. The overall description of our project can be stated as creating and managing the database, provide many services based on software engineering technology ,developing a friendly user interface to manipulate the database, provide an authentication mechanism to safely accomplish tasks mentioned above.
