Межкультурная компетенция как ключевой фактор развития российско-китайских отношений

The issue of intercultural competence, acting as a factor in the development of relations between various states and international associations, is widely discussed in scientific circles. Most researchers in their works focus on the analysis of intercultural competence as an ethical factor, which is of primary importance for the formation of professional competence of individual specialists, including representatives of the highest echelon of power. However, they often leave out of sight intercultural competence as a factor in the formation of effective interaction between states, nations and peoples. This served as the basis for choosing the topic of this work, since in modern conditions it seems relevant to study the important direction of ensuring the effectiveness of interaction between states, including through the development of intercultural competence as a factor in the development of Russian-Chinese relations. The study will contribute to the accumulation of knowledge and observations on the applicability of intercultural competence as a factor in enhancing the effectiveness of interstate interaction on the example of relations between Russia and China.
