Family education: models, strategies or regimes?

The International Laboratory for Social Integration Research concluded September with another seminar. Maria Pridatchenko presented her report "Models of institutionalization of family education".

Family education was examined in the context of various sociological theories: constructivism, neo-institutionalism, 'liquid society'; possibilities of conceptualization were noted. The first results of empirical research are presented. Head of the Laboratory Elena Rostislavovna Yarskaya-Smirnova, Leading Researcher Elena Yurievna Rozhdestvenskaya, Senior Researcher Prysyazhnyuk Daria Igorevna took part in the discussion of the report. Valuable comments and recommendations offered by colleagues will be useful in further research on the topic.
