HSE Improves its Position in QS BRICS Ranking Top-100
Only three of the Top-10 Russian universities, HSE, Tomsk State University, and MEPhI, managed to improve their positions compared with last year. HSE moved up from 63rd to 62nd place in the ranking.
Faculty of Economics Undergraduate Programmes Get ACCA Accreditation
Thanks to this accreditation, future graduates of the HSE undergraduate programmes in Economics and Economics & Statistics will no longer have to sit the exams necessary to obtain an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (АССА) qualification.
HSE Leads Russian Universities in Three QS Subject Rankings
HSE took first place among Russian universities in subject rankings for Sociology and Economics & Econometrics (101-150 globally). In Business & Management Studies, HSE ranked first and is currently the only Russian university in the ranking, placing in the 151-200 group.
HSE a Leader in Project 5-100 Ranking for Third Year in a Row
On March 18th and 19th, the Council on Enhancing the Competitiveness of Russia’s Leading Universities met in Moscow to discuss Russia’s role on the world academic stage. As a result, the Council recommended that the Ministry of Education and Science allocate subsidies to three groups of universities in 2016. HSE made it into the first group.

CFA Institute Confirms Partner Status of Two HSE Programmes
CFA Institute, an international organization that unites tens of thousands financial experts from all over the world, has confirmed the partner status of the Financial Analyst Master’s programme and the Investment Management MBA programme, both of which are taught at the HSE Banking Institute.
