Course Syllabus

Abstract

A modern specialist in the field of management and management consulting should have practical skills in data analysis in spreadsheets, data visualization and preparing high-quality presentations. The course covers the most popular management consulting tools and best practices for data structuring, working with tables, financial modeling, preparing graphs and presentations.

Learning Objectives

• Obtaining basic theoretical and practical knowledge about management consulting, developing skills of implementing consulting projects, including selection and application appropriate methods of data gathering and analysis, elaboration and presentation results and recommendations

Expected Learning Outcomes

• Ability to participate in analytical and consulting activities
• Able to prepare and manage the consultancy project.
• Create and defend a customized consulting project based on data and analytics given
• Have the skill to design and complete a consulting project from start to finish.
• Able to develop proposals and recommendations for applied research and consulting
