Professor Stanislav Kiselev, Graduate School of Business, National Research University Higher School of Economics gave an open lecture at the Master in International Management program

On February, 07, the second public lecture in the "Business and Management in Asia" series of the Master's Programme in International Management was held.

Professor Stanislav Kiselev, Graduate School of Business, National Research University Higher School of Economics, gave an open lecture the topic of "The transformation challenges of HR practices in China". The lecture was focus on employment and population trends and the periodization of management in China. A special attention was paid to personnel management issues, the management system, students learned how to understand the Chinese managers better and why it is important to follow Chinese business etiquette. In addition, key HR practices and features of management, the main problems of the Chinese labour market, including the shortage of talent and the imbalance between business opportunities and qualified human resources were discussed.
