1. Visa

Citizens of the countries listed here do not need a visa to enter Russian Federation. All others need a visa.

To apply for a Russian visa, you may need an official invitation. Please check with your local consulate whether you need the original or a scan is sufficient. If you need an invitation, please email our organizing committee at neuroling.summer.school@gmail.com. In the e-mail, please specify the dates of your visit and attach a scan of the name page of your passport.


2. Directions

The school venue is Staraya Basmannaya 21/4 Building 1, Room 501 (lectures) and 503 (coffee breaks and poster session). The closest metro stations are Kurskaya / Krasnye Vorota / Baumanskaya. Please find below a pdf with more detailed directions and a list of nearby dining options:

3. Poster printing

4. Accommodation

Participants are responsible for their own accommodation. Booking.com provides a lot of hotel and hostel options in the center of Moscow.
