It will bring together leading experts on anti-monopoly regulation from the BRICS countries, Europe and the United States.
On the eve of the 4th BRICS International Competition Conference in November, officials and scholars will discuss the draft of a joint convention against international cartels as well as common approaches to competition policy in the field of pharmaceuticals and food markets.
