On Thursday, June 29, within the framework of the IDLab (International Laboratory of Intangible-driven Economy) workshop, a presentation by Evgenia Shenkman and Petr Parshakov took place on digital tools that can be used to search for relevant literature and write reviews.

In the conference employees of the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration of the Higher School of Economics E.M. Styrin, A.G. Sanina, Ya.A. Rybushkina took part with a report. Also, E.M. Styrin held the international part of the seminar "E-Governance 2023". At the event, issues of algorithmic management, citizens' readiness to use digital services, electronic participation, and therole of social networks in digital public administration were discussed.

The seminar discussed issues of transparency and openness with NGOs in the Russian regions 

Roman Abramov and Danila Ivanov made a presentation on the theoretical foundations of the concept of "social exclusion" at the ILSIR seminar. The debater was Ivan Klimov.
