The Center for Digital Transformation of Public Administration of the Lomonosov Moscow State University held an international round table. Head of the International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration (Institute for Public Administration and Governance of the HSE University) Evgeny Styrin, made a presentation on "Data-based Public Administration: Effects, Risks, Barriers".

In 2023, the traditional HSE-Perm International Conference on Applied Research in Economics (iCare) will be held as a series of events. One of these events will be the seminar "Sport Analytics: Exploring Economic and Managerial Insights", organized by the International Laboratory for Intangible-driven economy (IDLab).

Throughout the year, the HSE International Laboratory for Social Integration Research (ILSIR) is hosting consulting seminars on ‘Care and Welfare in Post-Socialist Eurasia: Institutions, Discourses, Identities’ with presentations by leading foreign experts. The first seminar in the series, ‘Conceptualising Social Activism’ was held on April 4 with the participation of Professor Linda Cook, Academic Supervisor of HSE ILSIR. The second one will take place on April 18.

Francesca Chiarvesio successfully defended her dissertation on the topic: "Anti-corruption in the discourses of civil society actors in Russia". 

On April 11, 2023, as part of the Lyubimov Readings in Nizhny Novgorod, members of the Center for Sociocultural Research, leading researcher Bushina E.V. and trainee researcher Karimova A.M. presented a report on the topic “Psychological well-being of schoolchildren in heterogeneous classes.”

The International Bioinformatics Laboratory took part in the Conference "VII Congress of Biophysicists of Russia" on 17-23 April 2023 in Krasnodar based on the Kuban State Technological University

A member of the International Bioinformatics Laboratory participated in the International Conference "Multiscale DNA modelling from electrons to nucleosomes: 22 years of the Ascona B-DNA Consortium"  in Ascona, Switzerland. The conference was held on 16-21 April 2023

On April 12, 2023, within the framework of the XXIV Yasin (April) International Academic Conference on Economic and Social Development, a session "Sociocultural Potential of Museums: Identity and Local Solidarity" was held (Moderator: N. Bolshakov (ILSIR, HSE University).

April 14, 2023, as part of the session “Identity Issues. Presentation of the research results of the National Research University Higher School of Economics" section "Sociocultural Processes" Nadezhda Murashchenkova presented a report on the topic "Psychological state of Russian student youth in times of crisis: the role of cultural and political patriotism."
